1.1 SELLING OF WEAPONS
No weapons will be sold to persons under the age of 18 years or to anyone who is not able to supply a M.A.C. licence or registered club card. We would like to draw our customers' attention to the Prevention of Crime Act 1953, which states that it is prohibited to carry in a public place any weapon considered to be offensive. We would like to point out that holding a licence or club card which permits you to purchase weapons does not entitle you to carry such weapons in a public place.
Our training weapons and equipment are to be used for the purpose of training/learning, there is no suggestion or reason for these to be used to inflict injury, cause fear or provoke any other individuals when in use.

2.8 CUSTOMER RIGHTS
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receiving the goods.
Please note however, we do not accept returns / exchanges for certain items, including but not limited to T-Shirts, Hoodies, Goggles, Gloves and Knee & Elbow Pads.
You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession if you are looking for an exchange or a refund.
If you are withdrawing from your purchase within the 14 working day cooling-off period and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item. The customer would need to pay for return postage costs.
If an error is made on our part or you have received a faulty or damaged item, then we would cover all postage costs. Replacements are only sent out once we have the original faulty or incorrect item returned back to us.
Where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we will refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred.
Where you are returning an entire order, we'll refund applicable per item delivery charges and the per delivery charge that you incurred.
We will refund only standard postage charges for items delivered outside the UK.
In the event we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection.
2.9 RETURNS (AFTER THE ‘COOLING-OFF PERIOD’)
If you are withdrawing from your purchase more than 14 days after delivery and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
There will be a charge of at least £5.99 per parcel for re-delivery in the UK for exchanges after the 14 day period.
No return goods will be accepted unless agreed with the British Action Academy.
Refunds and exchanges can only be made for goods that are returned with the original packaging, unworn, unused and unwashed.
Abuse, misuse and incorrect ordering by the customer will NOT be refunded. Goods are not available for inspection or on approval basis. The British Action Academy can take no responsibility for goods incorrectly ordered. If you are unsure of your size, please check our SIZE GUIDE prior to ordering.
All other refunds after the 14 day period will be liable for an administration charge of 10% of the total sale price.
3.1 CANCELLATIONS
What happens if I want to cancel an order?
In order to be able to offer you a fast delivery service, many orders will be dispatched within hours. This means that unfortunately it is not always possible to cancel your order.
Expenses are incurred once an order is placed with us including artwork production, ordering of materials, and placement of orders with vendors which are subject to their cancellation or restocking policies and charges. If an order is cancelled once placed, we reserve the right to charge for artwork fees, restocking costs and any other expenses incurred by us between the time we received your payment and the cancellation request was received.
3.2 RETURNS
Our goal is one-hundred percent customer satisfaction, so if you are unhappy with your order please contact us. As we provide personalised goods, however, we cannot accept returns unless we have made a mistake or the garments are faulty. Please return any faulty goods to us within 30 days of receipt for investigation. Please be aware The Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to "personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification”.
You can contact info@britishactionacademy.com to begin this process.
Before placing your order, please be careful to check product size information. There is no such thing as a standard size, for example a medium produced by one manufacturer may differ to a medium by another. On every product there is accurate sizing information for that item under the description, please triple check this ahead of placing the order.
This will give you the information you need to make a decision on the sizes you wish to order that product in. Once a garment is personalised we can only accept returns based on sizing issues if the product does not measure what we say it will on that item's size information. If you receive garments that do not measure what we say, please contact us at info@britishactionacademy.com where our customer service team will be happy to help.
Our clothing merchandise is made-to-order and therefore cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
We reserve the right to amend or edit our terms and conditions at any time. However, we will advise these changes and the new terms will only come into effect for orders that are created after the edit date and time.
Please note that we use external third party suppliers to provide the items in our store. These items will be sent out by the relevant suppliers and so we reserve the right to share the appropriate data with the said client.
